Billing terms

So there are no surprises on your statement, here is exactly what happens when you subscribe.

Price: US$29.95 per month, including all applicable taxes where required.
Billing cycle: The first charge is taken at sign-up. The same amount is then charged automatically every month on the same calendar day.
Renewal: The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Statement descriptor: Your card or bank statement will show ADVANCED DIGITAL for this subscription.
How to cancel: Log in to your account area at any time and cancel the subscription there, or write to support@rakoon.online. Cancellation stops all future charges; access remains available until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds: If something does not work as described, contact support before disputing a charge — billing issues are resolved directly and refunds are issued where a charge was not justified.
Delivery: All goods are digital and delivered online through your account. Nothing is shipped and there are no physical products.

Is this a one-off payment or a subscription?

It is a subscription. US$29.95 is charged when you sign up and again every month on the same day, until you cancel it yourself.

How do I cancel?

From the account area, under your subscription, at any time — or by e-mail to support@rakoon.online. There is no notice period. After cancelling, no further charges are made and your access runs to the end of the month you already paid for.

What will appear on my bank statement?

ADVANCED DIGITAL. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact support first — we can identify the account and sort it out faster than a chargeback can.

When do I get access?

Immediately. Access is unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed, and your login details are sent to the e-mail address you sign up with.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs in your browser on desktop, tablet and phone. Downloads are plain files with no special client.

Which payment methods are accepted?

The available methods are shown on the sign-up page. Payment is processed by our billing provider on a secure page — we never see or store your full card details.
